摘要
目的研究在妇科急腹症诊断过程中腹部超声与阴道超声联合应用情况。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月到本院治疗的94例妇科急腹症患者作为实验对象,上述患者均进行腹部超声、腹部超声+阴道超声检查,参考病理结果,对诊断价值进行评估。结果依据妇科急腹症临床症状、发病情况,开展临床诊断工作,可知,腹部超声+阴道超声在胚胎停育、异位妊娠破裂、急性盆腔炎、宫腔黏连等妇科急腹症中的检出率显著高于经腹部超声检查;应用腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断确诊率明显高于单一经腹部超声检查,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同时将腹部超声、阴道超声应用到妇科急腹症诊断中,妇科急腹症的检出率及确诊率明显提高,为临床治疗提供依据,该联合诊断方式可在临床上推广及应用。
Objective To study the combined application of abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Method 94 patients with gynecological acute abdomen who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the experimental objects.The above patients were examined by abdominal ultrasound,abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound.The diagnostic value was evaluated by referring to the pathological results.Result According to the clinical symptoms and incidence of gynecological acute abdomen,carry out clinical diagnosis work,we can know that the detection rate of abdominal ultrasound+vaginal ultrasound in embryo abortion,ectopic pregnancy rupture,acute pelvic inflammatory disease,intrauterine adhesions and other gynecological acute abdomen is significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound;the diagnosis rate of abdominal ultrasound+vaginal ultrasound is significantly higher than that of single transabdominal ultrasound The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion At the same time,abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound were applied to the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen,the detection rate and diagnosis rate of gynecological acute abdomen were significantly improved,which provided the basis for clinical treatment.The combined diagnosis method can be promoted and applied in clinic.
