摘要
目的分析放射技术专业实践教学改革对于临床教学质量的影响。方法选择本院2018年1月-2019年12月轮转放射技术科的80名实习生作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则进行分组,两组各40名实习生,对照组沿用传统的放射科实践教学路径,观察组采用改革后的放射科实践教学,对比两组实习生的出科成绩及肯定评价率、压力程度,分析实践教学改革对于教学质量的影响。结果观察组的出科成绩(基本能力、核心能力、综合能力)均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的成果评估明显优于对照组,其肯定评价率明显更高,而压力程度明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放射技术专业实践教学改革应用CBL与PACS模式,并改进实践教学问题效果显著,实践教学改革可以有效提高放射科临床带教的教学质量,充分激发学生的学习热情,提高自主学习及创新能力,对于教学效率及质量的提高具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the impact of the practice teaching reform of radiology technology on the quality of clinical teaching.Method Select 80 interns from the Department of Radiology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 as the research objects.According to the principle of random grouping,40 interns in each of the two groups were grouped.The control group followed the traditional radiology practice teaching Path,the observation group adopted the reformed radiology practice teaching,compared the results of the two groups of interns,the positive evaluation rate,and the degree of pressure,and analyzed the impact of the practice teaching reform on the teaching quality.Result The performance of the observation group(basic ability,core ability,comprehensive ability)was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group's performance evaluation was significantly better than the control group,its positive evaluation.The rate was significantly higher,and the degree of stress was significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The practice teaching reform of radiology technology major uses CBL and PACS mode,and improves the practical teaching problems.The practical teaching reform can effectively improve the teaching quality of radiology clinical teaching,fully stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning,and improve independent learning and innovation capabilities.Is of great significance to the improvement of teaching efficiency and quality.
