立德树人视域下生理学课程思政教学改革的初探 被引量:9

摘要 因体系独立、观念陈旧、教学形式单一等问题,当前思想政治课程教学陷入“孤岛化”困境,导致知识传授与价值引领脱钩,思想政治教育未能落到实处。立德树人是高等教育和医学教育的中心环节和根本任务,也是课程思政建设的核心目标。课程思政是一种教学理念和教学方式的改进与创新,旨在使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应,充分发挥所有课程的育人功能,构建“全员、全方位、全过程”育人体系。文章首先从理论角度论述了课程思政的内涵、医学院校推进课程思政建设的必要性,并从师资培养、制度保障及教学实施几方面就生理学开展课程思政的有效路径进行了探讨,将学科资源有效转化为育人资源,使德育教育融入课堂教学,使得知识传授与价值引领之间有机统一,推动“思政课程”向“课程思政”的转化和发展,不断增强立德树人工作的实效性,为我国医疗卫生事业培养德才兼备、全面发展的人才。 Due to the independence of the system,outdated concepts,and single teaching methods,the current ideological and political curriculum teaching is trapped in the predicament of"islandization",leading to the decoupling of knowledge transfer and value guidance.It is the fundamental task of higher education to cultivate students with both knowledge and morality,as well as the core goal of ideology-oriented education. Ideology-oriented education is an improvement and innovation of teaching concept and teaching method. It aims to make various courses and ideological and political theory courses go in the same direction, form a synergistic effect, give full play to the education function of all courses, and build a "full staff, all-round, and whole-process "education system. The article first discusses the connotation of ideology-oriented education and the necessity of promoting ideology-oriented education construction in medical schoolsfrom a theoretical perspe,ctive,also discusses the effective path of physiology development ideology-oriented education from the aspects of teacher training, system guarantee and teaching implementation. Effectively transform subject resources into educating resources, integrate moral education into classroom teaching, unify "knowledge imparting" and "value guidance", and promote the transformation and development of "ideological and political courses" to " ideology-oriented education".Continuouslyenhance the effectiveness of the work of cultivating students with morality,and cultivate the talents of the medical and health programs.
