摘要
为了解决接触网钢筋混凝土支柱的现场切割问题,提出一种分体式的结构设计思路,并设计了切割锯和液压系统,分析蓄能器关键参数对切割回路的压力影响,采用NLPQL方法对蓄能器关键参数进行优化。结果表明:蓄能器预充气压对切割回路液压冲击影响明显,其他参数影响不明显;优化后的蓄能器可以使切割回路的峰值压力大幅度降低,使回路的压力呈近似平稳状态,提高了系统的稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of on-site cutting of reinforced concrete pole of overhead contact system,asplit type cutting saw structure was proposed,and the cutting saw and its hydraulic system were designed.The influence of key parameters of the accumulator on the pressure of the cutting circuit was analyzed.The key parameters of the accumulator were optimized by NLPQL method.The results show that the accumulator precharge pressure has obvious influence on the hydraulic impact of the cutting circuit,while other parameters have no obvious influence;the optimized accumulator can greatly reduce the peak pressure of the cutting circuit,making the circuit pressure nearly stable,sothe stability of the system is improve.
