摘要
目的:分析预防性护理在白血病经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择河南省人民医院2019年9月—2020年9月期间收治的98例确诊为白血病行PICC置管的患者为观察对象,根据患者入院先后顺序将其分为对照组和实验组。对照组49例患者行常规护理,实验组49例患者行预防性护理,对两组患者护理后的置管时间、舒适度情况以及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果:干预后2个月,对照组带管时间和单根导管使用时间短于实验组(P<0.05),舒适度评分低于实验组(P<0.05),并发症发生率高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:预防性护理可延长白血病PICC置管患者的置管时间、单根导管使用时长,提高患者舒适度并减少并发症的发生,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the effect of preventive nursing in the nursing of patients with leukemia undergoing peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC).Methods:98 patients diagnosed with leukemia who underwent PICC intubation were selected as observation objects in the hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of admission.49 patients in the control group underwent routine care,and 49 patients in the experimental group underwent preventive care.The intubation time,comfort and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:In the control group,the catheterization time was shorter than that of the experimental group,the use time of a single catheter was shorter than that of the experimental group(P>0.05),the comfort score was lower than that of the experimental group(P>0.05),and the complication rate was higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preventive care can prolong the catheterization time of patients with leukemia PICC catheterization,the use time of a single catheter,improve patient comfort and reduce complications,which is worth learning.
