脑循环系统治疗仪联合早期康复训练对脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能及神经功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨脑循环系统治疗仪联合早期康复训练对脑出血偏瘫患者运用效果。方法:选取2018年11月—2020年7月收治于抚州市临川区第一人民医院的86例脑出血偏瘫患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用脑循环系统治疗仪联合早期康复训练。对比两组肢体功能、神经功能、生活自理能力。结果:干预前两组肢体功能、神经功能、生活自理能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预4周后上肢功能、下肢功能、生活自理能力评分分别为(51.09±5.99)分、(24.82±2.14)分、(73.49±5.13)分,高于对照组的(46.31±4.27)分、(21.45±2.42)分、(65.97±7.02)分;神经功能评分为(8.64±1.59)分,低于对照组的(11.02±2.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑循环系统治疗仪联合早期康复训练能够促进脑出血偏瘫患者肢体功能、神经功能恢复,提高其生活自理能力。 Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of cerebral circulatory system combined with early rehabilitation train⁃ing on patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiparalysis ad⁃mitted to the hospital from November 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random num⁃ber table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treat⁃ed with cerebral circulatory system therapy apparatus combined with early rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Limb function,nerve function and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in limb function,neurological function and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the scores of upper limb function,lower limb function and self-care ability in the observation group were(51.09±5.99)points,(24.82±2.14)points and(73.49±5.13)points,respectively,which were higher than(46.31±4.27)points,(21.45±2.42)points and(65.97±7.02)points in the control group.The neurological function(8.64±1.59)points was lower than(11.02±2.55)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cerebral circulatory system therapy apparatus combined with early rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of limb function and nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia and improve their self-care ability.
