摘要
针对某汽轮发电机组在启动和低负荷工况以及甩负荷后空载运行时的实际使用需求,介绍喷水减温装置自动控制的工作原理、组成和结构设计,采用可编程控制器(PLC)语言自定义编制完成比例-积分-微分(PID)调节控制模块程序,该程序根据设定的温度值,自动向喷水减温执行机构发出模拟量指令信号,控制喷水减温执行机构开启或关闭至各管路的窗口,从而实现喷水降温。通过专门搭建的试验平台模拟实际使用工况对喷水减温装置进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:设计的喷水减温装置及排汽温度自动控制程序在各种变工况条件下均能维持排汽温度稳定,为后续汽轮发电机组安全稳定运行提供了试验数据支撑。
A turbo-generator set in starting and low load condition and the no-load running after the load rejection of actual use demand,the water spray cooling device is introduced,the working principle of automatic control,composition and structure design,PLC program is compiled by language custom.The PID control module,the program according to the set temperature,with automatic water spray desuperheating actuator signal analog instruction,water spray cooling control actuators open or close to the window of each line,so as to realize water spray cooling.A specially built test platform is used to simulate the actual working conditions to test and verify the water spray cooling device.The research results show that the designed water-jet temperature-reducing device and the automatic control program of steam exhaust temperature can maintain the stability of steam exhaust temperature under various working conditions,which provides the test data support for the safe and stable operation of the subsequent turbo-generator.
