摘要
在深海绞车收放缆绳过程中,缆绳张力受实时海况影响变化范围大,增加了电动绞车收放过程的危险系数。文章设计了深海绞车实时监控系统方案,方案采用Wincc作为监控核心,通过Profinet协议与PLC控制器通信,实时采集电动绞车的运行状态数据及报警信息,并与SQL数据库通信,把采集数据存储于数据库中。该方案既可以实时监控深海绞车的运行状态及报警信息,也可以通过访问数据库,查看深海绞车任一时段收放过程的数据,通过对数据的分析,为深海绞车的报警故障处理及控制方案的优化提供数据支撑。根据实际使用结果表明深海绞车SCADA系统设计合理、运行可靠,满足有关技术指标和使用要求。
In the process of retracting and unwinding the rope by electric winch,the rope tension is affected by real-time sea conditions in a wide range,which increases the risk factor of electric winch.A real-time monitoring system for electric winches is designed.Winccis utilized as the monitoring core,communicating with the PLC controller through the Profinet protocol,collecting the operating status data and alarm information of the electric winches in real time,communicating with SQL database,and storing the collected data in the database.The program can monitor the operating status and alarm information of the deep-sea winch in real time,and can also view the data of retracting and unwinding process of the electric winch at any period of time by accessing the database.Through the analysis of the data,it can provide date support for the fault alarm processing and the optimization of control plan of the deep-sea winch.Optimize to provide data support.The actual use results show that the SCADA system of the deep-sea winch is reasonable in design,reliable in operation,and meets the relevant technical indicators and use requirements.
