摘要
为了实现真正意义上的人机交互,提高选煤厂的生产效率和精煤质量,针对延安市车村煤矿一号井选煤厂设计了自动化工控组态,该组态软件可以提供创建过程监控程序所需要的全部工具。开发的工业自动化控制系统在选煤厂应用表明,该组态软件具有系统稳定性好、功能强大等特点,为智能化选煤厂建设奠定了良好的技术基础。
In order to realize the real human-computer interaction and improve the production efficiency and clean coal quality of the coal preparation plant, an automatic industrial control configuration is designed for the No. 1 Coal Preparation Plant of Yan’an Checun Coal Mine. The configuration software can provide all the tools needed to create the process monitoring program. The application of the developed industrial automation control system in the coal preparation plant shows that the system has the characteristics of good stability and powerful function. It has laid a good technical foundation for the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant.
