摘要 掘进机在井下复杂工况作业时会因振动与冲击作用导致电控箱电子控制元件发生失效等问题,以云岗矿EBZ260W悬臂式掘进机为对象,对该掘进机电控箱减振器进行改进优化。试验结果表明:改进优化后的电控箱减振器减震效果理想,有效地提高了掘进机的安全性和可靠性。 When the roadheader works under complex working conditions, the failure of the electronic control components of the electronic control box will be caused by the action of vibration and shock. Taking the EBZ260 W cantilever roadheader in Yungang Coal Mine as the object, the shock absorber of the roadheader electromechanical control box is improved and optimized. The test results show that the improved and optimized shock absorber of the electronic control box has an ideal damping effect and effectively improves the safety and reliability of the roadheader.
