摘要
为解决相邻工作面采动影响导致巷道变形破坏的问题,以曹家滩煤矿122108工作面回风顺槽为研究对象,采用理论分析和现场实测的方法对巷道变形破坏机理进行研究。研究结果表明:相邻工作面采动应力传递导致其发生变形破坏。综合考虑选取预裂切缝爆破卸压联合NPR恒阻锚索补强技术方案。切顶卸压应用现场巷道顶底板移近量最大80 mm,两帮移近量最大60 mm。
In order to solve the problem of roadway deformation and failure caused by the influence of mining in adjacent working face, taking the return air trough of the 122108 working face in Caojiatan Coal Mine as the research object, the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway is studied by means of theoretical analysis and field measurement. The research results show that the deformation and failure of adjacent working face is caused by mining stress transfer, the technical scheme of presplitting slit blasting pressure relief combined with NPR constant resistance anchor cable reinforcement is comprehensively considered, and the maximum displacement of roadway roof and floor is 80 mm and the maximum of two sides is 60 mm.
