摘要
为解决公路养护管理中因系统分散导致的“协同性差”和“信息孤岛”问题,对众多养护管理系统进行了调查研究,结果表明以标准化数据为基础,打通业务数据通道为核心,研究一体化管理平台能实现智能协同的目标。为此,基于路桥隧等公路基础设施的病害知识库、成因分析库、养护方案库、决策干预策略库等经验库,配合多源信息集成、自然语言识别、特征权重因子优化等核心算法等技术,通过功能同入口、数据同标准实现数据汇聚,利用养护全数据源,通过平台“五层技术架构体系”设计,实现养护业务智能协同和养护科学决策功能。该平台在重庆、福建、浙江、山东、湖北、广西、云南、贵州、西藏、北京等省市部署应用,均取得良好效果。
In order to solve the problems of"poor coordination"and"information island"caused by system dispersion in highway maintenance management,many maintenance management systems are investigated and studied.The results show that based on standardized data and opening up business data channel as the core,the research on integrated management platform can achieve the goal of intelligent collaboration.Therefore,based on the disease knowledge base,cause analysis base,maintenance scheme base,decision intervention strategy base and other experience bases of highway infrastructure such as roads,bridges and tunnels,combined with core algorithms such as multi-source information integration,natural language recognition and feature weight factor optimization,data aggregation is realized through function with the same access and data with the same standard.And the full maintenance data source is used,Through the design of"five layer technical framework system"of the platform,the intelligent coordination of maintenance business and scientific decision-making function of maintenance are realized.The platform has been deployed and applied in Chongqing,Fujian,Zhejiang,Shandong,Hubei,Guangxi,Yunnan,Guizhou,Tibet,Beijing and other provinces and cities,and has achieved good results.
