摘要
政治建设是党的根本性建设,决定党的建设的方向和效果。民办高校加强党的政治建设,对于全面加强党的领导,坚持社会主义办学方向,落实立德树人根本任务,促进民办高校健康发展具有重要意义。民办高校有着自身体制机制的特殊性,在一定程度上存在着党的政治领导弱化,政治站位不高,政治生态不纯净,政治责任相对缺失等突出问题。新时代民办高校加强党的政治建设,需要提高政治站位,落实主体责任;增强政治执行力,抓好“关键少数”和管好“绝大多数”;完善政治制度,强化制度保障;净化政治生态,加强监督问责;增强政治意识,加强培训指导。努力使党组织的政治核心作用融入到民办高校教育各个环节。
Political construction is the fundamental construction of the party,which determines the direction and effect of party construction.The strengthening of the party’s political construction by private colleges and universities is of great significance for comprehensively strengthening the party’s leadership,adhering to the direction of socialist education,fulfilling the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering people,and promoting the healthy development of private colleges and universities.Private colleges and universities have their own system and mechanism.To a certain extent,there are prominent problems such as weakening of the party's political leadership,low political position,impure political ecology,and relative lack of political responsibilities.To strengthen the party’s political construction in the new era,private colleges and universities need to improve their political positions and fulfill their main responsibilities;strengthen political execution,grasp the"key minority"and manage the"overwhelming majority";improve the political system,strengthen institutional guarantees,and purify politics Ecological,strengthen supervision and accountability;strengthen political awareness,strengthen training and guidance.Efforts should be made to integrate the political core role of the party organization into all links of education in private colleges and universities.
