摘要
心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)简称心衰,是心脏功能发生障碍导致心室泵血功能受损引起的循环障碍症候群。心衰是各种心血管病程的终末期阶段,具有发病率高、住院率高和死亡率高的特点[1]。随着人口老龄化加快,各种常见心血管病发病率增高,心衰的患病率也在逐渐上升。目前,我国35岁以上的成年人心衰的患病率为1.3%,较2000年增加了44%[2]。
Heart failure(HF)is the result of a variety of cardiovascular diseases caused by cardiac dysfunction,with the clinical manifestations of dyspnea,cough and expectoration. The prognosis of patients with HF is poor,and the pathogenesis of HF is not clear at present. In recent years,many studies have shown that mitochondrial dysfunction is closely related to the occurrence of HF,in which PTEN-induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/parkin signaling pathway-mediated mitophagy,as an important component of mitophagy,plays a key role in regulating mitochondrial function. In this article,we review recent advances in the role of PINK1/parkin signaling pathway-mediated mitophagy in HF.
