摘要
"不得横遍,转为竖穷"一语最早见于《清代三家医案合编》,文章通过查找中医药古籍中"不得横遍,转为竖穷"的相关内容并加以甄别筛选,结合文字学、医家著作与中医基础理论的观点进行综合分析,探求其含义:一为一身之气及其推动的物质不能在体内自内而外地顺畅运行,或不能与外界出入,就会转化为或升或降的极端病态;二为气机与阴阳、脏腑、制药和施治等多方面的相互联系。"不得横遍,转为竖穷"涵义深远,值得医者进一步研究和学习。
The phrase ‘bu de heng bian, zhuan wei shu qiong’ was first seen in the Joint Compilation of Three Medical Cases In The Qing Dynasty, this article looks up and screens the relevant contents of ‘bu de heng bian, zhuan wei shu qiong’ in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine, and combining with the views of philology, medical works and basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis to explore its meaning. First, the qi of the whole body and the substances it promotes can not run smoothly from inside to outside in the body, or can not go in and out of the outside world, it will turn into an extreme disease of rising or falling, and second, the interrelationship between qi movement and yin and yang, yin and yang, viscera, medicine and treatment. The meaning of ‘bu de heng bian, zhuan wei shu qiong’ is far-reaching,which is worthy of further research and learning by doctors.
