摘要
支气管哮喘是儿科常见病,属于中医"哮喘""哮证""喉喘"范畴。朱丹溪在《丹溪心法》中初创"哮喘",并创造性地提出"哮喘必用薄滋味,专主于痰"的论断。朱丹溪认为引发哮喘的主要病因病机为痰,在用药上使用"薄滋味药"更有助于疾病的治疗及预后。文章通过探析《丹溪心法》"哮喘必用薄滋味,专主于痰"理论,以及《黄帝内经》中对中药气味薄厚升降浮沉理论体系的阐述,结合小儿生理病理特点,以期对"薄滋味"中药治疗哮喘有深入的认识,更好地指导临床用药及小儿保健。
Bronchial asthma, as a common pediatric disease, belongs to the categories of ‘asthma’, ‘wheezing syndrome’and ‘larynx asthma’ in the TCM literature. The famous Yuan dynasty medical scientist ZHU Dan-xi coined the term ‘asthma’in Danxi Xinfa and creatively put forward the assertion that ‘asthma must use thin taste, focus on phlegm’. ZHU Dan-xi believes that the main cause and pathogenesis of asthma is phlegm, and the use of ‘thin taste medicine’ in medication is more helpful for the treatment and prognosis of the disease. This article analyzes the Danxi Xinfa theory of ‘thin asthma must use thin taste, focus on phlegm’ theory, and the Huangdi Neijing explanation of the construction of the theoretical system of thin and thick scent of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the unique physiological and pathological characteristics of children, with a view to the ‘thin taste’Chinese medicine can have an in-depth understanding of asthma and better guide clinical medication and pediatric health care.
