Research on Improvement of Electromagnetic Interference Test Method for Electric Vehicle Motor Drive System

摘要 电机驱动系统作为电动汽车最主要的干扰源之一,其按照已有的部件测试方法得到的测量结果并不能很好的反映出整车电磁干扰特性(EMI)的测试风险。结合整车设计参数,提出了一种电机驱动系统级台架测试方法,并进行了部件与整车的试验比对,结果表明该测试方法能较好的表征整车电磁干扰风险点,从而可以提前采取应对措施以节省车辆开发的后期成本。 Motor drive system is one of the most important interference sources of electric vehicles, and the measurement results obtained according to the existing component test methods cannot well reflect the test risk of the vehicle’s electromagnetic interference characteristics(EMI). Considering the designed parameters of the whole vehicle, a test method of the motor drive system level is proposed,and the test comparison between the components and the whole vehicle is carried out. Test results show that this method can better characterize the risk points of vehicle electromagnetic interference, thereby take countermeasures in advance to save the later cost of vehicle development.
