摘要
本文通过种子乳液聚合合成了一种新型的基于MAP-POSS的纳米丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物(POSS-ASA),然后制备PVC/POSS-ASA纳米复合材料。研究了PVC/POSS-ASA的塑性行为和流变行为,讨论了组成对PVC/POSS-ASA熔体的平衡扭矩、塑化时间和非牛顿指数(n)的影响,确定了动态力学性能、机械性能和形态。结果表明,随着POSS-ASA含量的增加,塑化时间缩短,熔体粘度增加。共混物的储能模量也随着POSS-ASA含量的增加而降低。当POSS-ASA含量仅为1%(wt)时,抗冲击强度和拉伸强度分别比纯PVC高3.3kJ/m^(2)和12.2MPa。POSS-ASA可用作PVC的有效抗冲助剂和加工助剂。
In this work,a novel nanometer acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate co-polymer based on MAP-POSS(POSS-ASA)was synthesized via seed emulsion polymerization,then the PVC/POSS-ASA nanocomposite were prepared.The plastic behavior and rheological behavior of PVC-POSS-ASA were investigated.The influences of composition on balance torque,plastic time,and non-Newtonian index(n)of PVC-POSS-ASA melts were discussed.The dynamic mechanical properties,mechanical properties,and morphology were determined.The results showed that the plastic time decreased but melt viscosity increased with increasing POSS-ASA content.The storage modulus of blend also decreased with increasing POSS-ASA content.When POSS-ASA content was only 1%(wt),the impact strength and tensile strength was 3.3 kJ/m^(2)and 12.2 MPa higher than that of pure PVC,respectively.POSS-ASA can be used as an efficient impact aid and process aid for PVC.
