摘要
目的:分析追踪结合标准化分诊法在外科门诊护理工作中的应用对策与效果。方法:将400例在上海市嘉定区中医医院外科门诊就诊的患者随机分为对照组(200例,应用传统护理分诊法)与观察组(200例,应用追踪结合标准化分诊法),对比两组患者护理效果。结果:观察组对护理工作的满意度评分明显高于对照组患者,且护理人员实施追踪结合标准化分诊法后,分诊差错发生率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:追踪结合标准化分诊法的应用,对提高门诊患者就诊满意度、避免分诊差错事件发生十分有利。
Objective: To analyze and track the application strategies and effects of standardized triage methods in surgical outpatient nursing. Methods: Four hundred patients in the surgical clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(200 cases, using traditional nursing triage) and an observation group(200 cases, using tracking combined with standardized triage). The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results: The observation group’s satisfaction score for nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group, and after the implementation of tracking combined with standardized triage method by nursing staff, the incidence of triage errors was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tracking combined with standardized triage method is beneficial to improve the satisfaction of outpatients and avoid the occurrence of triage errors.
