摘要
在物料转运过程中,如果振动给料机的落料点不在输送带的中间,将直接导致输送带在运行中由于受力不均而发生跑偏。为了探究振动给料机给料时的落料质量偏差与其影响因素之间的关系,以ZG-250M振动给料机为例,建立转运物料和振动给料机的三维模型,并利用EDEM离散元软件进行了振动给料机给料的数值模拟。通过分析发现,在相同的振幅和频率下,振动方向角不同,振动给料机落料口沿宽度方向上料流的质量也存在着不同程度的偏差;此外,煤炭颗粒的粒度偏差越大,振动给料机的落料质量偏差也越大。
In the process of material transport, if the blanking point of the vibrating feeder is not in the middle of the conveyor belt, it will directly lead to the deviation of the conveyor belt in operation due to the uneven force. In order to explore the relationship between the quality deviation of vibrating feeder feeding and its influencing factors, taking ZG-250 M vibrating feeder as an example to establish the three-dimensional model of material transfer and vibrating feeder, and carried out the numerical simulation of vibrating feeder feeding using EDEM software. Through analysis, it was found that under the same amplitude and frequency, the vibration direction angle is different, and the quality of the feed flow along the width direction of the vibration feeder also has different degrees of deviation. In addition,the larger the deviation of coal particle size, the greater the deviation of the blanking quality of the vibrating feeder.
