摘要
碳中和目标的提出彰显出中国应对气候变化的信心和决心,能源绿色低碳转型进入加速期。化石能源是碳排放的主要来源,实现碳中和目标、控制化石能源消费量将对传统化石能源企业形成巨大挑战。从微观角度研究碳中和背景下的企业行为,分析了碳中和对煤炭企业的影响,企业应对宏观环境变化的策略。通过分析可以看出,煤炭企业产业多元化仍处于初级阶段,产业方向和技术布局多为基于煤炭产业的跨界布局,产业已经具备了向绿色低碳转型的基础。煤炭企业仍需实施技术创新推动转型、聚焦新领域细分环节形成竞争优势、积极引入外部风险投资资金促进创新和产业发展、发挥企业家队伍的引导作用等策略。
Achieving carbon neutrality by 2060 shows great confidence and determination of Chinese government to deal with the climate change problem and reduce emissions. Carbon dioxide comes mainly from the burning of fossil fuels. Traditional fossil energy enterprises face big challenges from reducing fossil energy consumption. In this paper, we analyze the strategies of enterprise in the context of carbon neutrality. We can see that the industrial diversification of coal enterprises is still in its infancy, most of the enterprises are relevant diversification and they have green and low-carbon industrial foundation. In order to maintain the sustainable development, strategies should taken, such as technological innovation, focusing on specialist segments, introducing external investors and paying more attention on the entrepreneur.
