摘要
目的:探讨二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗肥胖2型糖尿病的不良反应。方法:连续纳入2018年8月—2020年8月在该院接受治疗的肥胖2型糖尿病患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合西格列汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血糖水平、胰岛功能变化、血脂水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,FPG、2 hPG、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-B、HOMA-IR、LDL、TG、TC水平及不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗肥胖2型糖尿病效果确切,血脂指标、胰岛功能指标得到了很大程度的改善,优于单独使用二甲双胍,且不良反应较小,有利于患者康复。
Objective:To explore the adverse effects of metformin combined with sitagliptin in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes.Methods:Ninety patients with obese type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were continuously included.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the test group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the test group was combined with sitagliptin on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,blood glucose levels,changes in islet function,blood lipid levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,glycosylated hemoglobin,HOMA-B,HOMA-IR,LDL,TG,and TC in the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with sitagliptin has a defi nite effect in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes.The blood lipid index and the islet function index have been greatly improved,which is better than the use of metformin alone,and the side effects are less,which is benefi cial to the recovery of the patient.
