中国创新要素配置与经济高质量耦合发展的测度 被引量:43

Measurement of the Coupling Degree of Innovation Elements Allocation and Economic High-Quality Development in China

摘要 研究目标:测度2009~2018年创新要素配置及各子系统与经济高质量发展的耦合度,并探索全国八大经济区各省份创新要素配置与经济高质量耦合发展的空间分异特征。研究方法:首先基于熵权TOPSIS和灰色关联度测度系统综合指数,其次构建耦合度模型测度创新要素配置及各子系统与经济高质量发展的耦合度,最后利用Dagum基尼系数和核密度估计考察其区域差异及来源和分布动态。研究发现:中国创新要素配置与经济高质量耦合发展呈现逐年递增趋势,但整体水平不高,仍处于初级协调发展阶段;创新要素配置系统发展持续滞后于经济高质量发展系统;数据创新要素与经济高质量耦合发展增长率最高,是最具潜力的创新要素;中国创新要素配置与经济高质量耦合发展区域差异呈扩大趋势,主要来自区域间差异。研究创新:首次测度了中国创新要素配置及各子系统与经济高质量发展耦合度,研究其时空特征、区域差异及分布动态。研究价值:全面客观掌握我国各区域各省份创新要素配置与经济高质量发展匹配现状,为推动创新能力适应经济高质量发展提供参考。 Research Objectives:Measure the coupling degree of innovation elements allocation,its subsystems and high-quality economic development from 2009 to 2018,explore the spatial differentiation characteristics of the coupling development of innovation elements allocation and high-quality economic development in eight economic areas of China.Research Methods:Firstly,the system comprehensive index is measured based on entropy weight TOPSIS and grey correlation degree.Secondly,the coupling degree model is constructed to measure the coupling degree of innovation elements allocation,its subsystem and high-quality economic development.Finally,the Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation are used to investigate the regional differences,sources and distribution dynamics.Research Findings:The coupling development of China’s innovation elements allocation and high-quality economic development presents an increasing trend year by year,but the overall level is not high,and it is still in the primary stage of coordinated development;the development of innovation elements allocation system continues to lag behind the high-quality economic development system;the coupling degree of the data innovation element and high-quality economic development has the highest growth rate,which infers the data innovation element is the most potential innovation element;The overall differences of coupling degree of China’s innovation elements allocation and high-quality economic development show an expanding trend,mainly from the regional differences.Research Innovations:Measure the coupling degree of the innovation elements allocation,its subsystems and high-quality economic development in China for the first time,and studies its spatial-temporal characteristics,regional differences and distribution dynamics.Research Value:To comprehensively and objectively grasp the matching status of innovation elements allocation and high-quality economic development in China’s regions and provinces,so as to provide references for promoting inn
