摘要
加强特殊教育教师队伍和教研体系建设是高质量发展特殊教育事业和促进特殊教育教师专业成长的重要途径。加快健全特殊教育教研体系应依据特殊教育多学科、多领域介入的特性,深化教研机制创新,加快学科教研规范化体系与教研团队建设;有效开展特殊教育活动内容系统化建设,积极推进教学规范化的研究和实践,优质教研资源开发与应用的研究和实践。
Strengthening the construction of special education teachers and teaching and research system is an important way to develop special education with high quality and to promote the professional growth of special education teachers. With characteristics of multidisciplinary and multi-field interventions of special education,accelerating and improving the teaching and research system of special education should deepen the innovation of teaching and research mechanism,accelerate the construction of standardized system of academic teaching and research and its team,effectively carry out the systematic progress of special education activity contents,and actively promote the research and practice of teaching standardization,and of high-quality teaching and research resources.
