基于开放式生态足迹模型的河南省土地生态承载力

摘要 【目的】探索在有限用地规模前提下提升区域土地生态承载力的技术方法,为河南省用地结构调整、土地利用规划、土地保护等工作提供参考,并为黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展提供科学依据。【方法】对传统生态足迹模型进行改进,建立开放式生态足迹模型,并分别采用2种模型对河南省2017年生态承载状况进行评价。【结果】河南省耕地生态生产性足迹远大于生态承载力,但消费足迹低于生态承载力。经消费系数和用地结构调整系数修正后,开放式生态足迹模型评价结果可明确区分生态足迹中的区域内部消费足迹与承担的外部区域消费足迹,对河南省生产承载状况的评价结果更符合实际。河南省土地综合生态承载力有盈余,但各地类间承载状态差异显著,其中耕地盈余最大,而化石能源用地存在较大赤字,河南省在实现可持续发展过程中应重点关注降低能源消费和提升化石能源用地承载力。【结论】开放式生态足迹模型可实现对不同土地利用结构、居民消费结构下区域生态承载状况的模拟。根据模拟结果,可提出在有限用地规模前提下,提升区域土地生态承载力的技术方法。 【Objective】The technical methods for improving the regional land ecological carrying capacity on the premise of limited land use scale is explored to provide a reference for land use structural adjustment,land use planning and land protection in Henan Province,and provide the scientific basis for the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.【Method】An open ecological footprint model is established based on the improved traditional ecological footprint model.The ecological carrying capacity of Henan Province in 2017 is evaluated by using the two models.【Result】The ecological productive footprint of cultivated land in Henan Province is much larger than the ecological carrying capacity,but the ecological consumption footprint is lower than the ecological carrying capacity.After correcting by the consumption coefficient and the land-use structural adjustment coefficient,the evaluation results of open ecological footprint model can clearly distinguish the internal and the external ecological consumption footprint,the evaluation results of productive carrying capacity in Henan Province are more realistic.The land comprehensive ecological carrying capacity in Henan Province has a surplus,but there are significant differences among different land use types.The cultivated land has the largest ecological carrying capacity surplus,while the fossil energy land has a larger ecological carrying capacity deficit.In the process of achieving sustainable development in Henan Province,it should focus on reducing energy consumption and improving the ecological carrying capacity of fossil energy land.【Conclusion】The open ecological footprint model can simulate the regional ecological carrying capacity under different land use structures and different consumption structures.According to the simulation results,the technical methods for improving the regional ecological carrying capacity can be proposed on the premise of limited land use scale.
