摘要
探讨骨骼肌肌肉性质评估非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)胸腔镜肺叶切除术后并发症风险的价值。分析2016年3月至2018年11月171例患者资料,多因素logistics回归分析示术前低BMI、低用力肺活量占预测值百分比及低胸肌CT值(PMHU)是术后发生严重并发症(Clavien-Dindo分级≥Ⅲ)的独立危险因素。术前PMHU或可用于预测NSCLC胸腔镜肺叶切除术后并发症风险。
To investigate the role of skeletal muscle quality in evaluating the risk of complications after thoracoscopic lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Included in this study were data of 171 patients treated between March 2016 and November 2018.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative low BMI,low predicted value of forced vital capacity,and low pectoralis muscle CT value(PMHU)were independent risk factors for serious complications(Clavie-Dindo grade≥Ⅲ)after surgery.Preoperative PMHU may be used to predict the risk of complications after thoracoscopic lobectomy for NSCLC.
