摘要 备自投装置对提高配网供电可靠性效果十分显著。在工程验收、现场检验时,对其二次回路正确性的整组传动检查是十分必要的,必须要确保备自投装置在各种可能异常情况下不发生误动。通过分析一起10 kV备自投误动造成全站失电的事故,找到事故原因并提出整改措施。 The backup automatic switching device has a significant effect on improving the power supply reliability of distribution network.In the process of project acceptance and field inspection,it is very necessary to check the correctness of the whole set of transmission of the secondary circuit.It is necessary to ensure that the standby automatic switching device does not misoperate under various possible abnormal conditions.Through the analysis of a power loss accident caused by the misoperation of 10 kV standby automatic switch,the cause of the accident is found and the rectification measures are put forward.
