一起10 kV与35 kV线路交叉跨越放电跳闸分析

摘要 针对某站所10 kV与35 kV配电线路同时发生过电流保护动作情况,利用录波数据及告警信息从故障现象、保护动作、线路巡视等方面进行综合分析,排查出大风天气下线路交叉点处间隙放电引起线路同时跳闸,提出了更换导线、改迁线路等措施,确保线路交叉跨越距离在环境温度变化及风偏情况下满足规范要求。 Aiming at the over-current protection action of 10 kV and 35 kV distribution lines at the same time in a station,the fault phenomenon,protection action,line inspection and other aspects are comprehensively analyzed by using wave recording data and alarm information,and the line tripping caused by crossover discharge at line intersection in windy weather is found out.Some measures such as changing conductor and changing line are put forward to ensure that the crossing distance of line can meet the specification requirements under the condition of environmental temperature change and wind deviation.
