摘要
人工智能时代背景下,电力企业动态创新客服服务模式,以便尽快地迎合新时代发展趋势,为电力用户提供优质服务。在人工智能技术辅助下,精细化设计在线电力智慧客服系统,一定程度上强化客服部门业务处理能力,解决用户投诉多、人工客服成本高等问题。首先介绍人工智能发展进程,然后分析智慧客服系统运用的必要性,最后重点探究人工智能基础上在线电力智慧客服系统设计策略,旨在为智慧客服系统设计人员提供新思路,真正加快电力企业智能化步伐,使客服服务水平提升到新台阶。
Under the background of the artificial intelligence era,the power enterprises innovate the customer service mode dynamically so as to meet the development trend of the new era as soon as possible and provide high-quality service for the power users.With the assistance of artificial intelligence technology,the online power intelligent customer service system is finely designed to strengthen the business processing ability of the customer service department to a certain extent,and solve the problems of many user complaints and high cost of manual customer service.Firstly,the development process of artificial intelligence is introduced,and then the necessity of the application of intelligent customer service system is analyzed.Finally,the design strategy of online power intelligent customer service system based on artificial intelligence is studied in order to provide new ideas for intelligent customer service system designers,really speed up the intelligent pace of power enterprises and improve the customer service level to a new level.
