污泥-麦秸秆混合物料好氧堆肥中磷酸缓冲液强化保氮效果及机理 被引量:4

Effects and mechanisms of strengthening nitrogen preservation by phosphate buffer during the aerobic composting of sewage sludge and straw mixture

摘要 以污泥-麦秸秆混合物料为好氧堆肥原料,研究了磷酸缓冲液强化保氮效果,并初步探讨了机理。结果表明:磷酸缓冲液可以促进紧密结合层多糖和紧密结合层蛋白质的溶解和水解,从而强化有机质降解,为微生物提供碳源以同化氮,同时有助于维持pH中性,减少NH 3释放。考察酶活性发现,磷酸缓冲液可以抑制硝酸盐还原酶和脲酶活性,使得氨氮的氧化更多地停留在硝化阶段,并抑制NH 3释放。考察细菌群落发现,磷酸缓冲液显著提高了腐熟期藤黄单胞菌属(Luteimonas)、交替赤杆菌属(Altererythrobacter)和Ruminofilibacter等的相对丰度,赋予了堆体更强的降解难降解有机物的能力、水解蛋白质的能力和耐受抗生素的能力等。综合判断,好氧堆肥中磷酸缓冲液可以强化保氮效果。 Taking sewage sludge and straw mixture as aerobic composting material,the effects of strengthening nitrogen preservation by phosphate buffer were studied,and the mechanisms were explored preliminarily.Results showed that phosphate buffer could promote tightly bounded polysaccharide and tightly bounded protein to dissolve and hydrolyze,thus enhancing organic matters degradation to provide carbon sources for microbial nitrogen assimilation.Meanwhlie,phosphate buffer could maintain pH at neutral to decrease NH_(3) emission.Enzymes activities showed that the activities of nitrate reductase and urease could be inhibited by phosphate buffer,resulting in most ammonia nitrogen oxidation remaining in nitrification and NH_(3) emission decreasing.The bacteria community showed that the phosphate buffer could significantly increase the relative abundance of Luteimonas,Altererythrobacter and Ruminofilibacter at the mature stage of aerobic composting,beneficial to degrade refractory organic compounds,hydrolyze protein and resist antibiotics.In all,phosphate buffer could strengthen nitrogen preservation during aerobic composting.
