摘要
对生产中侧导板装置中心线位置变动故障造成卡钢的原因进行分析,通过对v型导轨架、丝母托架、丝杠定位轴承压盖等側导板结构的改造,减少了丝杠所受的轴向力,提高了轴承压盖及螺栓的强度,避免了固定轴承压盖变形及螺栓断裂,保证了侧导板装置中心线稳定,避免了事故发生。
Make an analysis on the reason of strip block resulted from centerline position change of side guide plate in the production.Make a technical modification on the structure of side guide plate such as V-type guide rail support,screw nut bracket and screw positioning bearing gland.The axial force acted on screws is decreased,and the strength of bearing gland and bolt is increased.The problems of fixed bearing gland deformation and bolt rupture are avoided,and the stability of centerline is ensured.As a result,the accidents can be avoided.
