摘要
针对国产型钢十辊悬臂矫直机传动间隙大、调整时间长、压下及轴向系统易出现抱死等问题,经过认真分析和研究,提出了相应的功能恢复及优化设计方案,改造后提高了矫直机的运行精度和产品质量。
There were some problems existing in the domestic ten-roller cantilever stranghtener of profile steel,such as big drive clearance,long adjusting time,screw down and axial system locking.Through careful analysis and research,a corresponding function recovery and optimizing design plan was put forward.After transformation,the operation accuracy of straighteners and product quality are improved.
