摘要
模态参数是港口起重机大型结构一个重要参考量,传统的试验模态分析激励起港口起重机的大型结构较困难,且激励值很难测量,在得到准确输入与输出方面有很大局限性,难以满足识别要求。文中针对RDT/ITD环境激励模态参数识别在港口起重机结构中的应用,以JAJ-15t-37.25mA4港口起重机为研究对象,采用移动测点法的试验方法克服通道数和传感器不足的局限性,进行了可行性研究。利用RDT/ITD结合算法识别的港口起重机械结构的模态参数结果表明,RDT/ITD结合算法与其他成熟的SSI和POLY-IIR法识别结果具有一致性,利用RDT/ITD结合算法识别大型结构的模态参数具有可行性。
Modal parameters are important parameters of large structures of port cranes.It is difficult to excite large structures of port cranes in traditional experimental modal analysis,and it is also difficult to measure excitation values.Therefore,there are great limitations in obtaining accurate input and output values,and it is hard to meet relevant identification requirements.For the application of RDT/ITD ambient excitation modal parameter identification in large structures of port crane,taking JAJ-15t-37.25m A4 port crane as the research object,the mobile measuring point method was used to overcome limitations on insufficient number of channels and sensors,and a feasibility study was carried out.Modal parameters of port crane structures identified by the RDT/ITD combined algorithm show that the results of RDT/ITD combined algorithm are consistent with those of other validated SSI and POLY-IIR methods,showing that it is feasible to identify modal parameters of large structures by the RDT/ITD combined algorithm.
