摘要
目的给予妊娠期糖尿病患者应用中药汤剂联合西药血糖控制治疗,对其应用效果进行观察。方法于该院2019年3月—2021年3月患者中选择130例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机纳入研究组65例、对照组65例,分别应用中药汤剂联合西药血糖控制治疗或常规治疗,统计并对比两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-β、Fins、HOMA-IR、ISI、剖宫产、早产、新生儿窒息、巨大儿等各项指标。结果治疗后研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、HOMA-β、Fins、HOMA-IR、ISI、剖宫产、早产、新生儿窒息、巨大儿等各项指标情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病患者应用中药汤剂联合西药血糖控制治疗,可以改善患者的血糖指标、胰岛β细胞功能指标、妊娠结局,可见中药汤剂联合西药血糖控制治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床疗效良好。
Objective To treat gestational diabetes patients with Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine for blood glucose control treatment,and to observe the effect of its application.Methods In the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021,130 patients with gestational diabetes were selected as the research objects,and 65 patients in the study group and 65 patients in the control group were randomly enrolled.They were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine for blood glucose control or conventional treatment,statistics and comparison of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,HOMA-β,Fins,HOMA-IR,ISI,cesarean section,premature birth,neonatal asphyxia,macrosomia and other indicators of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,HOMA-β,Fins,HOMA-IR,ISI,cesarean section,premature delivery,neonatal asphyxia,macrosomia and other indicators of the study group were all excellent,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine blood glucose control treatment for patients with gestational diabetes can improve the patient's blood glucose index,pancreaticβcell function index,and pregnancy outcome.It can be seen that Chinese medicine decoction combined with western medicine blood glucose control has a good clinical effect in the treatment of gestational diabetes patients.
