用于外置式暂态电压传感器标定的纳秒级上升沿阶跃波发生器研究 被引量:3

摘要 为掌握VFTO外部传感器高频检测性能,需要开展传感器标定研究。现有VFTO传感器高频标定源多采用气体开关或薄膜开关设计,存在体积大、消耗气体或绝缘薄膜、寿命短等问题。为解决上述问题,设计了适用于VFTO外部传感器标定的高压阶跃波发生器及回路。基于MOSFET固体开关,提出了高压阶跃波发生电路,分析了高压阶跃波模块电路板布局对输出阶跃波波形和上升时间的影响。通过波过程计算对输出电压波在标定回路上的传输进行了分析,开展了仿真模拟和实验测量研究,探究并验证了高压阶跃波发生器输出波形的影响因素,明确了阶跃波发生器的关键参数。成功研制出上升时间4.8 ns,平顶持续电压平均值最大为5 kV的高压阶跃波发生器及标定回路,满足外置式暂态电压传感器高频响应特性标定需求。 In order to master the high-frequency detection performance of the VFTO external sensor,it is necessary to carry out calibration research of the sensor.The high-frequency calibration sourcesofexisting VFTO sensor mainly adopts gas switch or film switch design,which has such problems as large volume,consumption of gas or insulation film and short life and so on.In order to solve above problem,a high voltage step wave generator and circuit for calibration of VFTO external sensor are designed.Based on a MOSFET solid state switch,a high voltage step wave generating circuit is proposed.The influence of the circuit board layout of the high voltage step wave on the output step waveform and the rising time is analyzed.The transmission of the output voltage waveon the calibrated circuit is analyzed through wave process calculation.The simulation and experimental measurement research are performed.The influence factor of the output waveform of high voltage step wave generator is verified and the key parameters of the step wave generator is defined.A high-voltage step wave generator and calibration circuit with the rising time of4.8 ns and the average flat-top continuous voltageof up to 5 kV has been successfully developed to meet the calibration requirements of high-frequency response characteristics of the external transient voltage sensors.
