摘要
目的探讨对骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者采用下腔静脉滤器进行干预后获得的肺栓塞预防效果。方法将该院2017年5月—2020年4月收治的82例骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者数字奇偶法分组;干预组(41例):采用基础治疗+下腔静脉滤器进行肺栓塞预防;常规组(41例):采用基础治疗方式进行肺栓塞预防;就组间水肿发生率、治愈率、肺栓塞发生率展开对比。结果干预组41例骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者中,表现出水肿患者15例(36.59%)、治愈患者41例(100.00%)、表现出肺栓塞患者0例(0.00%);常规组41例骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者中,表现出水肿患者16例(39.02%)、治愈患者38例(92.68%)、表现出肺栓塞患者7例(17.07%);干预组骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者水肿发生率、治愈率同常规组水肿发生率、治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者肺栓塞发生率(0.00%)低于常规组肺栓塞发生率(17.07%)明显,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.623,P<0.05)。结论下腔静脉滤器有效运用,对于骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者肺栓塞发生率的降低可获得显著效果,最终可实现骨折伴有下肢深静脉血栓患者有效预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of preventing pulmonary embolism in patients with fractures accompanied by deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs after intervention with the inferior vena cava filter.Methods 82 patients with fractures and deep venous thrombosis who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to April 2020 were divided into groups by digital parity;intervention group(41 cases):basic treatment+inferior vena cava filter for pulmonary embolism prevention;routine group(41 cases):use basic treatment to prevent pulmonary embolism;compared the incidence of edema,cure rate,and incidence of pulmonary embolism between the groups.Results Among the 41 patients with fractures and deep vein thrombosis in the intervention group,15 patients(36.59%)showed edema,41 patients(100.00%)were cured,and 0 patients showed pulmonary embolism(0.00%);the routine group among the 41 patients with fractures accompanied by deep vein thrombosis of the lower limbs,16 patients(39.02%)showed edema,38 patients(92.68%)were cured,and 7 patients showed pulmonary embolism(17.07%);the intervention group had fractures with lower limbs the incidence of edema and cure rate of patients with deep vein thrombosis were not significantly different from those of the routine group and cure rate(P>0.05);the incidence of pulmonary embolism in patients with fractures and deep vein thrombosis in the intervention group(0.00%)was significantly lower than that in the routine group(17.07%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.623,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective use of the inferior vena cava filter can achieve a significant effect in reducing the incidence of pulmonary embolism in patients with fractures and deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,and ultimately can achieve an effective prognosis for patients with fractures and deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities.
