摘要
针对ZY7800/22/45D液压支架推移千斤顶在井下使用过程中出现的窜液现象,对该推移千斤顶进行受力分析计算,结合实际工况,分析该推移千斤顶窜液原因,提出合理改善方案,以避免类似结构、类似问题的发生。
In view of the liquid channeling phenomenon of ZY7800/22/45D hydraulic support push jack in the process of underground use,the stress analysis and calculation of the push jack are carried out.Combined with the actual working conditions,the causes of liquid channeling of the push jack are analyzed,and a reasonable improvement scheme is put forward to avoid the occurrence of similar structures and similar problems.
