摘要 针对煤矿井下采煤机电缆在运行过程中极易出现打折或者多次弯曲,影响电缆使用寿命和通信安全的现状,提出了一种新的采煤机自动拖缆控制系统。该系统能够实现电缆的自动跟机运行,有效地解决了电缆在运行过程中的多次折弯现象,对提升井下拖缆装置的使用寿命和通信安全具有极大的意义。 In view of the current situation that the underground shearer cable is easy to be discounted or bent many times during operation,which affects the service life and communication safety of the cable,a new shearer automatic towing control system is proposed,which can realize the automatic following operation of the cable during the operation of the shearer,and effectively solve the phenomenon of multiple bending of the cable during the operation.It is of great significance to improve the service life and communication safety of underground towing device.
