摘要
针对某煤矿提升机钢丝绳运行过程中存在明显锈蚀的问题,开展了锈蚀问题对钢丝绳力学性能影响的研究。结果表明,锈蚀之后的钢丝绳股内钢丝直径和力学性能均存在较大缩减,且由内至外的钢丝破坏程度逐渐增大。钢丝绳锈蚀原因是未对其进行定期润滑及防锈处理,基于此,提出了定期润滑的改进策略,应用效果显著。
In view of the obvious corrosion problem of the steel wire rope of a coal mine hoist during operation,the influence of corrosion on the mechanical properties of the steel wire rope was studied.The results show that the diameter and mechanical properties of the steel wire in the corroded steel wire strand are greatly reduced,and the damage degree of the steel wire gradually increases from inside to outside.The reason for the corrosion of steel wire rope is that it is not regularly lubricated and antirust treated.Based on this,the improvement strategy of regular lubrication is put forward,and the application effect is remarkable.
