摘要
为了提升喷雾降尘装置的降尘效果,设计了一种模拟试验装置,并对其在不同工作压力下的雾化特性和降尘效果进行研究,结果表明当喷雾降尘装置的工作压力为8 MPa时具有最佳的雾化特性和降尘效果,对于优化煤矿井下喷雾降尘装置的工作参数、提升使用寿命和工作可靠性具有十分重要的作用。
In order to improve the dust suppression effect of the spray dust suppression device,a simulation test device was designed,and the atomization characteristics and dust suppression effect of the spray dust suppression device under different working pressures were studied.The results showed that when the working pressure of the spray dustfall device was 8 MPa,it had the best atomization characteristics and dust suppression effect.It plays a very important role in improving service life and working reliability.
