摘要
为进一步提升综采工作面的生产能力和安全性,以某矿井3号煤层为例,依据其所属工作面地质、煤层及顶底板条件,对工作面顶板结构、顶板支护强度及围岩控制措施进行研究,并根据工作面煤层、地质条件完成采煤机、液压支架及带式输送机等关键设备的选型。
In order to further improve the production capacity and safety of fully mechanized mining face,the selection of key equipment needs to be completed on the basis of efficient control of surrounding rock of working face.Based on the geology,coal seam,roof and floor conditions of the working face of No.3 coal seam,the roof structure,roof support strength and surrounding rock control measures of the working face are studied,and the selection of key equipment such as shearer,hydraulic support and belt conveyor is completed according to the coal seam and geological conditions of the working face.
