Research progress of RFe_(12) type rare earth permanent magnetic materials

摘要 RFe_(12)(R为稀土元素)型稀土永磁材料具有稀土用量少、内禀磁性能优异的特点,在节约稀土资源的同时也能达到较高的磁性能,最有潜力成为下一代高性能稀土永磁材料。但是,如何将其内禀磁性能实现为外禀磁性能,即在各向异性微结构中实现高矫顽力一直没有得到解决,这限制了RFe_(12)型稀土永磁材料的应用。近年来,通过替换元素、掺杂和改进合成工艺来稳定RFe_(12)相结构提高内禀磁性能是学者们的主要研究方向。从RFe_(12)型稀土永磁材料的晶体结构(ThMn12结构)出发,就不同晶位元素替换的效果进行整理和分析,同时讨论了模拟计算在磁性材料开发过程中的应用前景,并对RFe_(12)型高性能稀土永磁材料的发展做出展望。 RFe_(12)(R for rare earth)type rare earth permanent magnet material has the characteristics of low rare earth content and excellent intrinsic magnetic properties.It can save rare earth resources and achieve high magnetic properties at the same time,making it the most promising candidate for a new generation of high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic material.However,how to realize its intrinsic magnetic properties into extrinsic magnetic properties,that is,to achieve high coercivity in anisotropic microstructures has always been a difficult point in research,which hinders the application of RFe_(12) rare earth permanent magnet materials.Like other generations of magnetic materials,the development of RFe_(12)-type rare earth permanent magnetic materials is also facing many challenges.In recent years,researchers have been focusing on stabilizing the structure of RFe_(12) phase while improving the intrinsic magnetic properties by replacing elements,doping and improving the synthesis process.Based on the crystal structure(ThMn12 structure)of RFe_(12) type rare earth permanent magnetic materials,the effect of substitutions of different crystal positions was analyzed.Meanwhile,the application of simulation calculation in the development process of magnetic materials was discussed,and the prospect of the new generation of high-performance rare earth permanent magnetic materials was also made.
