摘要
为最大限度的利用水资源,使其效率最优化,以塔西河灌区现代化改造项目为例,根据灌区水资源分配特性,在梳理灌区水资源系统中存在问题及采取的措施基础上,综合考虑灌区农业、工业、生活、生态用水户之间用水权益,确定了灌区水资源配置优化方案。
In order to maximize the use of water resources and optimize its efficiency,taking the modernization and reconstruction project of tasihe irrigation area as an example,according to the distribution characteristics of water resources in the irrigation area,on the basis of combing the existing problems and measures in the water resources system in the irrigation area,and comprehensively considering the water rights and interests among agricultural,industrial,domestic and ecological water users in the irrigation area,the optimization scheme of water resources allocation in the irrigation area is determined.
