摘要
目的分析甲亢合并糖尿病患者在临床护理中有效的护理对策。方法选取2018年3月—2020年7月该院收治的78例甲亢合并糖尿病患者进行观察,按照入院时间顺序分组,每组39例。分别采取常规临床干预(对照组)和综合护理干预(观察组),比较两组患者的临床指标、生活质量和健康行为。结果观察组干预后空腹血糖(5.11±0.28)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖水平(6.92±1.02)mmol/L,FT3(23.11±3.62)noml/L,FT4(52.64±11.92)noml/L,FSH(0.04±0.01)mU/L,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=14.556、2.263、3.522、4.565、13.964,P<0.05);观察组干预后的角色职能评分(78.38±3.28)分,社会职能评分(82.33±3.18)分,躯体健康评分(72.63±4.72)分,心理健康评分(70.62±4.88)分,均高于比对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.565、7.627、8.455、5.423,P<0.05);观察组遵医嘱饮食评分(93.22±3.28)分,遵医嘱用药评分(94.62±2.84)分,遵医嘱调节运动评分(92.55±3.75)分,自查自检评分(95.02±2.65)分,数据比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(t=10.802、13.966、12.580、11.910,P<0.05)。结论甲亢合并糖尿病患者的临床护理中采取综合护理干预,可有效控制疾病进展,稳定病情,提升患者生活质量及其自身的健康行为,让患者具备较高的自我护理能力,建议在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effective nursing countermeasures of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes mellitus in clinical nursing.Methods From March 2018 to July 2020,78 hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes were selected and divided into 39 groups according to the time of admission.The conventional clinical intervention(control group)and comprehensive nursing intervention(observation group)were adopted respectively.The clinical indicators,quality of life and health behavior of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose(5.11±0.28)mmol/L,2 h postprandial blood glucose level(6.92±1.02)mmol/L,FT3(23.11±3.62)noml/L,FT4(52.64±11.92)noml/L,FSH(0.04±0.01)mU/L in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.556,2.263,3.522,4.565,13.964,P<0.05);the scores of role function(78.38±3.28)points,social function(82.33±3.18)points,physical health(72.63±4.72)points and mental health(70.62±4.88)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.565,7.627,8.455,5.423,P<0.05);the observation group scored(93.22±3.28)points on diet according to doctor's advice,(94.62±2.84)points on medication according to doctor's advice,(92.55±3.75)points on exercise according to doctor's advice,and(95.02±2.65)points on self-examination.The data were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.802,13.966,12.580,11.910,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes can effectively control the disease progression,stabilize the condition,improve the quality of life of patients and their own health behavior,so that patients with high self-care ability,it is recommended to promote in clinical.
