摘要
试验采用单因素试验设计,设定3个含水量水平(15.19%、14.39%、13.47%),测定在高温储存环境下,温度对于不同含水量颗粒饲料主要营养指标的影响。试验结果表明,高温和含水量水平对于饲料水分含量有影响显著(P<0.05);对粗蛋白含量变化无显著影响(P>0.05);对饲料淀粉含量变化及粗脂肪含量变化有显著影响(P<0.05)。高温环境下饲料储存中营养成分显著变化,且与饲料含水量有关。
The experiment adopted a single-factor experiment design,set three water content levels(15.19%,14.39%,13.47%),and measured the influence of temperature on the main nutritional indicators of pellet feed with different water content under high temperature storage environment.The test results show that:high temperature and water content level have a significant impact on feed water content(P<0.05);it has no significant impact on the changes in crude protein content(P>0.05);it has significant impact on changes in feed starch content and crude fat content(P<0.05).
