摘要
依据山西某矿5509运输巷运输需要,将输送机运输距离由2000 m增加至2900 m,并针对长距离运输时输送机驱动装置功率不足、卸载位置强度低以及张紧装置不满足要求等问题,采取增加电动机输送量、强化卸载位置强度、更换张紧装置以及采取新的带式输送机控制系统等方式对带式输送机进行技术改造。技术改造后的带式输送机经现场应用后运行平稳,可满足采面长距离煤炭运输需要。
According to the transportation needs of 5509 transportation lane,the transportation distance of the conveyor is increased from 2000 m to 2900 m.in view of the problems such as insufficient power of the conveyor driving device,low strength of the unloading position and unsatisfactory tensioning device during long-distance transportation,measures are taken to increase the conveying capacity of the motor,strengthen the strength of the unloading position replace the tensioning device and adopt a new belt conveyor control system to carry out technical transformation of the belt conveyor.After field application,the belt conveyor after technical transformation runs smoothly and can meet the needs of long-distance coal transportation in mining face.
