摘要
以MG2×1607710-WD型采煤机为例,在分析采煤机基本结构的基础上,介绍了调高机构的基本参数,利用MATLAB软件对调高机构的受力情况进行了分析,以三个关键的结构参数为优化对象,以液压油缸负载大小为优化目标开展优化工作,使得调高机构的工作效率和压油缸负荷均有了很大程度的降低。将优化改进后的调高机构应用到采煤机工程实践中,取得了很好的实践应用效果,经济效益显著。
Taking the MG2×1607710-WD shearer as an example,based on the analysis of the basic structure of the shearer,the basic parameters of the height adjustment mechanism are introduced.Using MATLAB software to analyze the force situation of the height-adjusting mechanism,with three key structural parameters as the optimization object,and the hydraulic cylinder load size as the optimization target to carry out the optimization work,so that the working efficiency of the height-adjusting mechanism and the pressure cylinder load are both A great degree of reduction.The optimized and improved height adjustment mechanism is applied to the engineering practice of the shearer,and a good practical application effect has been achieved,and the economic benefits are significant.
