摘要
通过梳理国内外政策、案例,总结了国际社会布局氢能的两个战略出发点,对比了日、美、欧氢能战略选择的异同,基于国际氢能战略的比较分析,提出了我国氢能战略要尽早确定出发点、不能盲目跟风的观点,并建议各地要从资源禀赋出发、不能对灰氢、蓝氢“一刀切”。
The thesis concludes two purposes of different countries’efforts on the hydrogen development by researching on the global policies and cases,compares the strategic choice on the hydrogen development of Japan,America and Europe,puts forward the opinion that China should clearify the purpose of developping hydrogen as soon as possible to avoid the following others purposelessly and suggest different areas should make decisions from the energy resource owned and hold different attitudes towards hydrogen from different sources accordingly.
