摘要
目的探讨括约肌保留手术在肛瘘治疗中的应用效果。方法纳入我院80例2017年3月至2018年12月肛瘘患者。随机数字表分组,传统肛门瘘管切除手术组采取传统肛门瘘管切除手术治疗,括约肌保留手术治疗组则采取括约肌保留手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果括约肌保留手术治疗组疗效、肛瘘手术操作的时间、术后住院的总时间、肛门坠胀证候积分、肛门视觉模拟评分、肛门功能评分、HS-CRP、TNF-α监测值相比较传统肛门瘘管切除手术组更好,P<0.05。括约肌保留手术治疗组并发症发生率显著低于传统肛门瘘管切除手术组,P<0.05。结论括约肌保留手术治疗肛瘘的效果确切,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of sphincter-sparing surgery in the treatment of anal fistula.Methods Eighty patients with anal fistula from March 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.Grouped by random number table,the traditional anal fistula resection group was treated with traditional anal fistula resection,and the sphincter-sparing surgery group was treated with sphincter-sparing surgery.Compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Compare the effect.Results The sphincter-sparing surgery group curative effect of the sphincter preservation surgery group,the time of anal fistula operation,the total time of hospitalization after surgery,the score of anal bulging syndrome,anal visual analog score,anal function score,HS-CRP,TNF-α monitoring values were compared with traditional anal fistula resection grouptraditional ones the anal fistula resection surgery group was better,P<0.05.The complication rate of the sphincter-sparing surgery group was significantly lower than that of the traditional anal fistula resection group,P<0.05.Conclusion Sphincter-sparing surgery is effective in treating anal fistula and is worthy of promotion.
