摘要
某公司某款柴油机,市场反馈呼吸器出气口冒白烟严重,故障机返回后进行台架故障复现,结果与市场表现一致。针对此故障现象,建立故障树,结合相关试验,对可能产生的故障原因逐一进行验证排查,最终确定故障根源为活塞底部高温产生小粒径分布油雾。通过增加活塞冷却喷嘴和改进机油泵,可有效解决市场柴油机呼吸器出气口冒白烟问题。
A certain diesel engine of our company,the market has reported serious white smoke from the outlet of the respirator,reproduce the failure of the test bench after the failed machine returns,the result is consistent with the market failure phenomenon.Build a fault tree for this symptom,combine related tests,verify and investigate the possible causes of failure one by one,and finally determine the the root cause of the fault is the small particle size distribution oil mist generated by the high temperature at the bottom of the piston.By increasing the piston cooling nozzle and improving the oil pump,the problem of white smoke from the outlet of the respirator in the market is effectively solved.
